Flexprice raises $500K in pre-seed round led by TDV Partners

Flexprice, an open-source billing and metering platform for AI and Agentic companies, has raised $500K in a pre-seed round led by TDV Partners. The proceeds will be used to expand its engineering team, add payment integrations, and grow its open-source offering. The startup targets the $4 billion AI billing infrastructure market with a modular stack that supports flexible pricing and real-time billing. The round also saw participation from angels and operators from Magicpin, Zomato, Innovaccer, and Aftershoot.

Its platform enables organisations to monitor usage, manage entitlements, and grow monetisation without constructing internal infrastructure thanks to developer-first APIs, real-time analytics, and interfaces with Stripe, Razorpay, and Adyen.

Flexprice has been co-founded by Manish Choudhary, Nikhil Mishra, and Koshima Satija in January 2025. Manish Choudhary serves as the CEO and is focused on building the company’s monetization stack for AI and agentic companies. Nikhil Mishra is the CTO and has prior experience in software development at Zomato. Koshima Satija, with experience at Magicpin and Noise, focuses on metering and billing infrastructure for AI applications. Flexprice helps SaaS and API-first businesses implement usage-based, hybrid, and custom pricing models.

It aims to address the challenges faced by these companies in scaling their pricing, packaging, and billing systems, particularly in the context of rapidly evolving AI and API-first business models. The platform allows developers to easily integrate usage-based pricing by sending usage events via SDKs, handling aggregation, metering, and billing logic in real-time.
