Bengaluru based edtech startup Arivihan has raised $4.17 million in a Pre-Series A round led by Prosus and Accel, with participation from GSF Investors. The proceeds will be used to grow its AI capabilities, expand language support, and scale its marketing and distribution in three new states. Arivihan previously raised $750,000 from Accel Atoms.
Through interactive video lessons, immediate doubt-solving, and AI-generated study programs, it offers automated tutoring. Students preparing for the Class 12 State Boards, CBSE, and NEET are currently supported by the site. According to Arivihan, within 30 days of joining, more than 150 pupils improved their performance by 42%, and four of them placed in the state top 10 with Class 12 board scores above 90%. The startup is increasing its presence in underdeveloped markets and boosting its product and academic teams. In India’s individualised and AI-powered education market, Arivihan faces competition from companies like ConveGenius, iPrep, Embibe, and Vedantu.
